Courtney Rosenau
Head Cook
Courtney has been a part of Arrowhead since 2005. Her first summer she served as a Shepherds Camp counselor. Then she spent two seasons as our Assistant Cook. From 2008 - 2013 she served as our Head Cook during summer camps and weekend retreats. In early 2023, Courtney joined the full time staff as our Head Cook. Courtney runs an efficient kitchen with food that tastes better than home cooking. Her compassion for people, consistently joyful attitude and love for laughter are paralleled by her amazing meals.
Valerie Senese
Assistant Director
Valerie brings a ton of skill and passion in the areas of marketing, fundraising, and people development. She loves connecting with people, mentoring young adults and resourcing them for the future, and sharing the amazing things God is doing here at Arrowhead with anyone and everyone. As our Ministry Coordinator she makes a big impact all across camp as she makes connections with potential staff, alumni, James Projects groups, community organizations, and investors.
Mason Duplissis
Program Administrator
Mason has served at Arrowhead since 2023. Starting off in the LID Program, he joined the Full Time team in November of 2024. Mason is a beloved mentor to many of the staff here at Arrowhead. He spends much of his time connecting with campers and care providers through his role as Program Administrator. Mason’s attention to detail, organizational skills, and love for people has a big impact in all areas of camp.
Caleb Hall
Operations Manager
Caleb is a camp guy. Over the past six year he has served on multiple James Project trips, volunteered on maintenance, and served as part our summer maintenance staff. Caleb has joined our full time staff after completing a gap year and one year internship with Christian Missionary Technical Services. Caleb loves making the camp look good and run smooth. In between projects and tasks he can be found playing ultimate frisbee, pickleball, in costume for a special camp activity, or spending time building community with the staff.
Alex Abramo
Program Specialist
Alex started at camp as a counselor in the summer of 2023. After joining the LID Program at the end of the summer, she has recently moved to Full Time in 2025. She is currently obtaining her Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies and will graduate in May of 2025. Alex is passionate about everything involving our campers. From personal care to program activities Alex loves being by the campers’ side. She cares deeply for the campers, and enjoys serving alongside our LID Staff.
Ben Myers
Camp Director
Ben has served at Arrowhead for over 21 years. Serving alongside Ben is his wife Kelly, while their daughter Natalie is now off at college. Ben has a bachelor's degree in Camping Ministry from Cairn University and a master's degree in Education from Clarks Summit University. Ben is a site professor for Anchor Christian University, teaching and leading college courses onsite at Arrowhead.
Katarina MacFadden
Head Nurse
Kat has been serving seasonally at Arrowhead since 2016. After a big summer of ministry in 2022, she joined our full-time team in 2023. Kat's education: BSN, RN from Roberts Wesleyan College; BSN, Christian Ministry from Davis College; & Global Health Certificate from John Hopkins University. Kat cares deeply for people, is a trusted mentor, and loves spending quality time with our campers, staff, and volunteers. She is passionate about advocating for the holistic health of teens & adults with disabilities and building relationships grounded in Christ’s love across all dimensions of the team & ministry.

Jeff Spiller
Guest and Volunteer Services Coordinator
Jeff is a graduate of Davis College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Biblical Education, with a concentration on intercultural ministries. Camping Ministry has been a part of Jeff's life since high school. His passion for serving at camp is matched by his outgoing personality and high energy. Jeff is one of our most versatile staff members, but spends most of his time with our year-round LID students.
Kevin Aissa
Kevin is 22 and joined our staff during summer 2024. He counsels and is excited to be a trainer in the future.
Shelby Aulthouse
Shelby is 18 and is currently a counselor here at Arrowhead. She is doing a few college courses this upcoming fall.
Gage Berrier
Gage is a counselor here at Arrowhead! He joined our staff in late 2024
Zach Niver
Zach is 21 and is finishing his bachelor degree in camping ministry at Arrowhead. When he is not doing school he is working as a counselor.
Jeremy Pyren
Jeremy has worked at Arrowhead since 2022 and is 20 years old. He is a counselor during the winter and works with our James Projects during the summer.
